The house is close to the fjord (ca. 20m) on the island Varaldsøy, centrally in the Hardanger Fjord, about. 85 km from Bergen. From the house you have a spectacular view over fjord and surrounding mountains. It is in a peaceful and natural landscape - and no through traffic. Vegetation is rich and in front of the cottage is your private bathing place. Solbu is in a sunny place at the end of the site.
The house was built in 1998 and sleeps 6 persons. There are 3 bedrooms and a spacious and cosy living room. The kitchen is outfitted with an electric cooker (4-cooking plates and a baking oven), a dishwasher, a combi fridge / freeze, a water boiler, a coffeemachine, toaster, hand mixer, waffeliron, an extra freeze (109 l) and all kitchen utensils. There is also a sauna, satellite dish (Canal Digital), free WIFI and a stove in the living room. The house has hot / cold water, a shower and an ordinary toilet. It is connected to the sewerage system. On the big terrace you'll find garden furniture and a grill.
These prices are prices pr 1 week (7 days) and are specific for the indicated period. Day of arrival and departure is Saturday.We recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance, as the full rental price will be charged 4 months before arrival.

To rent a house for 1 night costs 1300 NOK.
If you don’t want to clean the house at the end of your holidays by yourself, you can rent a finalcleaning for 700 NOK.
You don’t have to pay for energy and water the whole year, firewood is included.
On demand I can send your bill by email, so that you can pay before you start, at least three weeks before your holidays.
